Use of data
The information you send us may be published in a summary of comments received in response to this consultation. You can tell us on the response form if you don't want your name attributed to your comments. Personal data will be kept on record by the Environment Agency and not shared with other organisations or used for purposes other than the development of the Thames Waterway Plan.
Access to your personal information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information the Environment Agency holds about you and to have any inaccuracies in that personal information corrected. Contact details are listed opposite.
